As a Network, we host a large social gathering called the Convocation, on the fourth Sunday evening every other month. Read more below or head to the Events Calendar for the dates.

Noun: 1) An assembly of persons called together to a meeting.
2) The act or process of calling an assembly of persons to a meeting. "Assembling by summons".
Etymology: Late Middle English: From the assimilated form of com "with, together" (see con-) + vocare "to call".
This is a chance for our various members to get to know one another face to face and mix with people in the other Conclaves.
You can find us in the upstairs barroom (the opposite side from the pool room) which we have reserved just for us. A few of us will be wearing Conclave t-shirts ready to welcome you and introduce you to some new people, or you can just turn up with friends and enjoy the ambience of a room of people who share your interests!

What time: 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm +
Where: The Hatchet
A laid back social gathering and a few drinks at the Hatchet. This is an opportunity to meet the community, network with other bands and fans, find new band members, find a some games to get involved with and get to know like-minded folk.
It's a joint event for all our Conclaves so there will be Alternatives, LARPers, Gamers and all sorts.
This is also an opportunity to really express yourself through what you wear (if you want to). Get "all gothed up" and you'll be in an environment with supportive misfits just like you! Whether it's Metal, Punk, Goth, Steampunk, Cyberpunk or anything else, don't hold back!
It is not 'intended' as a board games evening so you can leave the games at home.
We begin to gather from 7:30 pm, so if you're brand new feel free to hold off 'til 8 pm so things are in full swing when you arrive. While we officially wrap up at 10:30 pm, you are welcome to continue the afterparty downstairs in the main taproom of the Hatchet which is open until midnight.
